San Diego Zoo

On Monday, we went to the San Diego Zoo which was pretty massive! But great! The weather was gorgeous and all the animals were enjoying it!

They had a petting zoo so they got to pet a goat (I know Mark, we can do that at your house!)

They let you ride and take pictures with the Apes here!!!!!!

Just kidding....just a statue!
They had a Dr. Zoolittle Science show and Haven was chosen to help him out some......

As well as Landon who ended up trying out a nacho cheese flavor bug! (It's still under debate as to whether it was really a bug or not.....)

Haven loved the zoo characters....

And we got in ANOTHER Sea Lion show so Landon was thrilled! They are some pretty smart creatures...

This is a tamed wolf that they have raised and it's trainer is a golden retriever who influence it on being domesticated.....

That's it! The kids loved it and we were pretty tired at the end of the day but it was a great day! We drove on to Yuma, AZ after we left, one of the places affected by the earthquake they had on Sunday. Thank you GOD that we were not there at that time!
